Really pathetic. People who did this must be killed after humiliating them in front of the entire public, but in Taliban the government pose a deaf ear to such happenings. We live in a much secure nation than that but what about the kids there. Such question show the atrocities on mankind from the obnoxious majority. Thanks for sharing but in India we come across such pictures day in & day out.
