Future Floating Village in China, Sandu'ao. Located in China’s Fujian Province, just 30 kilometers from downtown Ningde City, Sandu’ao. is situated at the entrance of the world's deepest ice-free natural harbor on the coastal East Fujian in China. This village is made with wood and bamboo structures erected on pontoons supported themselves by plastic barrels buoyancy.
This is an ordinary village like other Chinese villages, with wooden houses, shops, restaurants, a police station, a medical care center and a mobile service hall. With a population of more than 8000 here earns a living by fishing. After several years of reconstruction, it became the largest center of culture of seafood in the country.
Sandu'ao also known for its floating market, became a tourist attraction more popular in China for travelers who want to discover the daily life on the water.
